The peaceful views from the multiple decks are amazing! Walk over the brook and down to the lower garden decks or up to expansive upper deck. With the giant boulders of Snyder Mountain on one side to the “I can see forever” views on the other, check out the city lights of Conifer, watch the Aspen change, see the eagles soar, and look down at the clouds floating BELOW you. At night, the huge outdoor stone wall and curved stair way are brightly lit by walkway lights and the antique street lamp from the 1904 St. Louis fair! The top of the stone wall serves as additional parking is especially convenient in snowy months.

The master bath is a work of art with pottery sinks, wall tile, and matching pottery vases. The dual-head shower with a bench is luxurious!

Love to ski? The Echo Mountain Ski Resort is located 6 1⁄2 miles from this home – less than a 15 minute drive. Back roads also provide quick access to Idaho Springs and by-pass much of the heavy congestion on I70.
